Instructions 

Good to know:

A finished garland is about 5 feet long by 2 feet thick.

Clear balloons are printed, not filled with confetti.

Multiple garlands can be joined for desired length.

An air pump is recommended.

Command hooks (not included) are the best way to attach the garland to a wall.
